Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Atlas platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Atlas provides real-estate market intelligence: aggregated market metrics, price forecasts, alerts, lead tooling and reports, delivered through a web cabinet.

Outputs are decision support, not an official valuation (tasación) or investment, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Service.

2. Accounts & access

Accounts are provisioned per agency (tenant). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enabling available security features (e.g. MFA) and for all activity under your accounts. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants.

3. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse engineer the Service, resell access without authorisation, or use the Service to break any law or any third-party data-source terms.

4. Data sources

Market data is sourced from licensed feeds and official open data (e.g. INE, OMI) under their respective terms and attribution requirements. Availability and coverage of any source may change.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per the plan you select. Plan limits (zones, users, AI usage) apply as shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime warranty. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be notified and take effect on the stated date.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken in reliance on Service outputs.
